01Do you supply and fit across Staffordshire and Cheshire?
Yes. We survey, supply and fit made-to-measure windows and doors across Staffordshire, Cheshire and surrounding areas from our Newcastle-under-Lyme base.
02Can I get a written quote without a home visit first?
Yes. Send outside photographs and rough opening sizes and we can usually produce an itemised written quote by email. We confirm final manufacturing sizes at survey before order.
03Is removal and fitting included in your prices?
Yes on supplied-and-fitted quotations unless stated otherwise. The written quote names removal, fitting, sealing and agreed making good. Scaffolding or structural work is listed separately when it applies.
04What guarantee comes with new windows and doors?
Certass-registered installations include a 10-year insurance-backed guarantee on eligible work, plus manufacturer cover on the products named on your quote. Adjustments and service are handled by our local team.
05Can I see windows and doors before I order?
Yes. Visit our Newcastle-under-Lyme showroom to compare flush systems, colours and hardware, or start remotely with photos for a written comparison.
06How much do replacement windows cost?
