01Are steel entrance doors insulated?
External steel entrances we quote use insulated routes suited to heated homes. Cold-formed internal steel is a different product - survey confirms the use.
02How much do steel entrance doors cost?
Insulated steel entrances are priced from the system, finish and glass, not a rate per square metre. The written quote is itemised after survey.
03Steel or composite for a front door?
Composite is a solid decorative slab. A steel entrance is a framed, often glazed door with a slimmer grid. They suit different elevations.
04Are steel entrance doors secure?
The lock, hinges and frame fixings do the security work. Those are named on the quote together with the steel system.
05Can you quote without visiting?
Yes. Send outside photographs, rough sizes and the number of openings for a first written price. The survey then confirms manufacture sizes, access, thresholds and finishing details before anything is ordered.
