Terms & conditions
These terms apply to written quotations and orders placed with Windows4You LLP. A detailed quotation and any deposit terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Quotations
Guide prices on our website and in estimates are subject to survey, specification, access and making good. A final quotation is confirmed in writing before you order.
Installation and supply
Installation dates depend on product lead times and weather. We fit in accordance with manufacturer guidance and current building regulations. Supply-only orders are delivered to an agreed address; unloading and fitting remain your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on your quotation. Deposits and stage payments are required before manufacture or delivery where agreed. Finance, where offered, is subject to status and the lender’s terms.
Guarantees
Product guarantees are provided by the relevant manufacturer. Workmanship is covered by our installation guarantee where we fit the products. Where applicable, we'll explain what certification applies to your installation and when to expect the paperwork.
