I am pleased with the windows and doors we had installed. We did have an issue with the handle of the bifold door and they came and fixed it. It is quite common for them to come back as the bifold door require time to settle in and level itself. We did have some slight communication barrier with some staff but Steve always helped us get it right. It is quite reassuring. We might have had an issue during the initial installation due to the wrong sizes but they were there to come and put it right. Great customer service.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We are quite demanding customers. I made enquiry quotation with 16 other companies. From all of them, we had basic information, like u-value and how many chambers profile contains (the most important figure in energy rating windows). English energy rating is: A+, A, B, C ... ect. Some of the salesman from top companies didn't know those basic figures!After initial enquiry with Windows 4 You made online, we were visited a friendly and knowledgeable sales man who wasn't pushy at all but explained everything really clearly. The surveyor was similarly really prompt and courteous.After all we have 10 German profiles, anthricite colour, treble glazed windows with energy ratio A++ ( u-value 0.78) where other companies priced us 7 double glazed with energy energy ratio A ( u-value 1.2) for the same amount of money . Saving is visible!Other very good point for recomending this company, is fact, that our house is rendered and not all companies were interested to replace windows in this kind of houses.The fitters were in and out quickly and did a good job, tidying up afterwards and leaving no mess behind (we were nervous after having just decorated several rooms, but no need to be!). Our render is in perfect condition after the job.We took advantange of a very satisfactory deal.They are well experienced professionals, who worked very quick and accurate. We did not experience any bad emotions or worries
